These General Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made via The Reckoning’s websites or authorised payment platforms.

“Client” refers to any individual or organisation placing an order and completing payment.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & Currency

All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to your purchase will be the one shown at the point of payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

We accept:

• Visa or Mastercard (via Stripe secure checkout)

• Other methods by prior agreement

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which is solely responsible for payment security.

5. Delivery of Services

• Digital products are delivered via email or client portal

• Coaching and programme access is arranged post-purchase through onboarding

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided to receive access materials.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Refunds and rescheduling terms will be clearly stated at the point of sale or in your client agreement.

• Digital products are non-refundable once access is granted

• Services may be rescheduled subject to notice periods and availability
